I'm not able to speak spanish fluently, but I do have mentor and coaching experience.

I manage the largest Farmers Insurance District in Orange County with over 50 Agencies Owners reporting to me. I recruit and mentor at least 7 new Agency owners a year most of them Hispanic.

I have 13 years of business experience with 10 being a Senior Executive with some of the largest financial insititutions in the world, HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds.

I'm British and have working with Farmers for the last 3 years.
