Vinny Caraballo is the head of Global Targeting, a holding company for various technology and outsouricng ventures that include Lolimsa Solutions-a provider of software and services for the Healtcare industry. Vinny possesses significant business and sales experience after having led teams at IBM, AT&T, EDS, and HP that were focused on professional services in consulting, outsourcing, and globalization. Prior to entering the private sector he was a US Army Aviation Officer having served in the US and Europe as an Attack Helicopter Company Commnader and staff officer. He eventually retired from the US Army Reserve as a Major. Vinny has held roles as an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, The University of Phoenix, Capella University, and CENTRUM-The Graduate School of Business of Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, where he is the founder of The CENTRUM Center for Latin America Outsourcing Studies. I have worked at iHispano.com for 4 years now and I am currently the Director of Strategic Relationships. I oversee our Client Services Department and I also manage our Strategic Partnerships such as: the National Society of Hispanic MBA's (NSHMBA), ALPFA, the National Hispanic Professional Organization (NHPO), the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ), and the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE). iHispano and Monster.com formed a partnership at the beginning of this year and because of this partnership, I was presented with an opportunity to work for Monster's Diversity Leadership Program (DLP) on a consulting basis as their Senior Client Service Manager. From January to June, my main responsibility was to make sure that the 31+ DLP sponsors were prepared for the DLP events that took place from June to August in 9 cities (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orlando, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York, and Baltimore). I am currently working on our online mentor program which will launch in a few weeks!
